NEAR volunteers are Pennsylvania EMS-certified and offer critical care until professional emergency responders arrive, helping to bridge potential response time gaps.

Proceeds and donations from this year’s race will support NEAR’s mission and contribute to a designated endowment, ensuring the continued availability of rapid emergency care for the community.
