5K Run/ Walk against Human Trafficking

Race Information

The 5K Run/ Walk against Human Trafficking is scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026. This event is hosted by Fremont Elite Runners Club and aims to raise funds and awareness for the A21 campaign against human trafficking. The event will adhere to current health department guidelines.

Courses and Pricing

• 5K Run/ Walk against Human Trafficking: Price: $25. Time: 9:00 AM EDT - 11:00 AM EDT. Registration ends May 10, 2026.
• Youth 1/4 Mile Kids Run (Run Only/ No Shirt): Price: $5. Time: 8:45 AM EDT - 11:00 AM EDT. Registration ends May 10, 2026.
• Youth 1/4 Mile Run (Run and Youth Tech Shirt): Price: $15. Time: 8:45 AM EDT - 11:00 AM EDT. Registration ends May 10, 2026.

Registration Details

Pre-Registration Fee: $25 (Race shirts guaranteed for pre-registered participants). Additional $2 for size 2XL. FERC CLUB Member: $23. Youth: $5 for Race Only, and an additional $10 for Youth Tech t-shirt ($15 total). Mail-in Deadline: May 1, 2026. Online deadline: May 10, 2026.

Race Day Registration Fee: $30 (limited shirts). Youth: $5 Only - No Race Day Youth shirts.

Race day registration begins at 8:00 AM until 15 minutes before the start of the race.

Location

Start and finish at the Lindsey Park in Lindsey, Ohio. The course is accurate, fast, and flat, an out-and-back on the Inland Trail.

• Youth 1/4 mile: 8:45 AM
• 5K starts: 9:00 AM
• Awards ceremony begins: approximately 10:30 AM

Awards

Overall male/female & masters male/masters female awards. Awards to the top three finishers in various age categories (14 and under up to 75 and over). Finisher medals for all 1/4 mile Youth participants.
