5K RUN, WALK & STROLLER ROLL

Join us for the annual 5K Run, Walk & Stroller Roll on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Riverside EpiCenter in Austell, Georgia. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all fitness levels, including runners, walkers, stroller-pushers, and even your four-legged friends. A stroller or child is NOT required to join the fun—everyone is invited to walk, run, and roll together!

• Kids 1-Mile Run: 7:30 AM (ages 5-12)
• 5K Run/Walk & 5K Stroller Roll: 8:00 AM EDT
• Toddler Dash: After the awards ceremony

It Starts With Me 2, a nonprofit organization that continues encouraging Healthy Living for the entire family. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our communities through education, nutrition, and physical fitness.

Ample free parking is available adjacent to the start line, with overflow parking at the Word of Faith Cathedral.
