8th eRACE The Stigma 5K RUN/WALK

eRACE THE STIGMA's mission is to provide mental health awareness, support, and education, as well as direct help to families in crisis or organizations that help families/individuals. This 5k race is held in partnership with Wicomico Public Schools and The Wicomico Local Management Board during the 3rd Annual Children's Mental Health Awareness Fair in Salisbury City Park.

Proceeds from the race go to individuals in need of treatment, and/or organizations who provide education/awareness/treatment for mental health, illness, and/or addiction.

Race Registration & Pricing:

• 5k Run/Walk: $25.00 Early-Registration (through 4/14/26), $30.00 Pre-Registration (through race-day at 5:00 PM)
• 5k "Non-Competitive" Walk: $25.00 Early-Registration (through 4/14/26), $30.00 Pre-Registration (through race-day at 5:00 PM)

A Universal Paper Application is available on the Seashore Strider website.

Race Day Schedule:

• 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Race-Day Packet Pick-up & Late Registration
• 5:00 PM: Packet Pickup & Late Registration closes
• 5:15 PM: Opening Ceremony
• 5:30 PM: 5k Race begins
• 6:15 PM: Awards Ceremony

Race Course: 3.11 mile course through Salisbury City Park.

Amenities: Short Sleeve Tech T-shirts (guaranteed for pre-registered by 5/5/25), Awards, Post-Race Award Celebration, Family Events at the Children's Mental Health Fair.

Refunds/Deferral: No Refund policy, but options include transfer to a future event, donation to charity, or deferral to the following year.
