AAZK Race Against Extinction

Location: Hitchcock Nature Center, Honey Creek, IA

Presented by AAZK and Peak Performance to help Conservation efforts worldwide. This year all proceeds will go to Trees for You and Me.

This event will bring us together for Earth Day to do our part for conservation while enjoying the fresh air and trails at Hitchcock Nature Center!

Registration Prices:

• Feb 1st through April 11: $30 (includes t-shirt)
• April 12 through April 24: $35
• April 25 (Race day): $40

Stick around for the post-race award ceremony, door prizes, music, food and beverages! Unique Earth-friendly race medals for top 3 male & female finishers overall and in 10 year age increments.

Course Information:

• AAZK Race Against Extinction - Trail Run ~5k: Approximately 5 kilometers (4 miles) on various terrain including clay dirt, grass, and limited pavement, with elevation changes.
• AAZK Race Against Extinction - Nature Hike ~2 miles: Approximately 2 miles.
