We are BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on June 6, 2026 for Brandon Russell's 10th Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash! All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal! You must register by Sunday, May 23rd to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size. We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 23rd but we cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut. #belikebrandon #BLB

Packet Pickup: Friday, June 5 (location and details coming soon!)

Race Day Schedule:

• 7:00 - 8:30 AM: Packet Pickup
• 8:50 AM: Runners & Walkers to the Start
• 9:00 AM: 5k Start
• 9:05 AM: Walk Start
• 9:50 AM: Kids to the Start for Kid's Dash
• 10:00 AM: Kids Dash Start

The Flash Dash 5k will be chip-timed by KC Running Company (1 mile and Kids Dash are not timed events).

Charity Partners: Proceeds from the race will benefit the Brandon Russell Memorial Foundation.
