Join us for ConnectAbility of MN’s Break the Barrier 5K race/walk, an inclusive event where everyone is welcome. Whether you're running, walking, rolling, or strolling, this event is about breaking down barriers and building community. Held in the heart of Minnesota, the Break the Barrier 5K celebrates people of all Abilities coming together in movement and mutual support. This family-friendly event is accessible, fun, and empowering—with routes designed for wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, and all paces.

Why Participate? This isn't just a race—it's a statement. Every step (or roll!) helps support ConnectAbility of MN's mission to provide resources and remove obstacles for individuals with physical and invisible disability barriers. Together, we’re making inclusion the standard—not the exception.

• Break the Barrier 5K Run: $20, 8:00AM - 9:00AM CDT
• Break the Barrier 5K Walk/Roll: $20, 9:00AM - 11:00AM CDT
• Break the Barrier 1K Run/Walk/Roll: $5, 10:00AM - 11:00AM CDT
