- 7:30 AM: Sprint Triathlon
- 7:45 AM: Duathlon

Course Information:
- **Triathlon**: 500m swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run
- **Duathlon**: 1 mile run, 12 mile bike, 3.2 mile run

Awards:
Top 3 Overall Male/Female, top 3 in age group.

Each participant will receive a medal and t-shirt.

Pricing:

• Individual Triathlon: $90 - $140
• Relay Team Triathlon: $90 - $140
• Clydesdale and Athena categories: $90 - $140
• Duathlon: $90 - $140
