Family Health Partnership Clinic proudly presents the 26th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Woodstock North High School. This event raises funds to support Family Health Partnership Clinic in its mission to provide breast cancer screenings, early diagnosis, preventative care, and breast health education to the uninsured adults of McHenry County.

Courses & Pricing:

• Care4 Breast Cancer 5K @ WNHS: 3.1 Miles. Prices range from $30.00 to $40.00. Includes shirt & timed race bib. Open to ages 12 - 120.
• Kids Care4 Breast Cancer 5K @WNHS: 3.1 Miles. Prices range from $15.00. Includes shirt & timed race bib. Open to ages 5 - 11. (Ages 4 & under FREE)
• VIRTUAL Care4 Breast Cancer 5K: 3.1 Miles. Prices range from $25.00 to $35.00. Anywhere, anytime - your place, your pace! Includes shirt & untimed bib. Available October 12 through October 19.

All proceeds benefit Family Health Partnership Clinic's Breast Cancer Fund and provide breast cancer screenings, early intervention & education to the uninsured men and women of McHenry County. FHPC is celebrating 30 years of Caring4 our community!
