Race Date: Sunday October 4, 2026

Location: Central Park, New York, NY 10021 US

This is the 41st Annual Central Park Solo Duathlon and Team Boat Relay. It offers a unique race experience combining running, biking, and rowing.

Event Options:

• Duathlon (Individual): Run (2.2 miles) - Bike (10 miles) - Run (2.2 miles)
• Row Boat Relay (2-person team): Run (2.2 miles) - Bike (10 miles) - Row Boat (0.7 miles)
• Team Relay Duathlon: One person runs, the other bikes, and then both row boats.
• Volunteer 1 for 1: Available for assistance during the event.

Race Start Time: 7:00 AM

Race Start Location: Central Park Boat House parking lot.

Bike Route: 10 miles total (2 loops around the Central Park Loop), avoiding Harlem Hill due to construction.

Run Route: 2.2 miles each (out-and-back), starting with a climb up Cat Hill.

Boat Relay: One loop through the Central Park Lake, returning to the boat dock.

Note: This race is not USAT certified or sanctioned, and a USAT racing license is not required.
