Coopers Rock 50 km and Half Marathon

Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025

Time: Both races start at 7:00 AM, with a pre-race meeting at 6:40 AM.

Location: Coopers Rock State Forest, 61 County Line Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV.

Registration Fees:

• 50 km: $95 until 2/16/2025; $110 between 2/17/2025 and 3/23/2025; $120 cash or check during packet pickup.
• Half Marathon: $70 until 2/16/2025; $85 between 2/17/2025 and 3/23/2025; $95 cash or check during packet pickup.

Course Information:

The 50 km course covers almost every trail on the south side of Coopers Rock with multiple scenic overlooks, while the half marathon is a shorter version with fewer trails. Both courses are single-loop without repetitions.

Aid Stations: The race will have several aid stations stocked with food and drinks along the courses, and runners are required to carry their own cups.

Refund Policy: A 70% refund is available until 3/9/2025. No refunds after that date.

Awards: Awards for the top 3 men and women finishers will be given, and all finishers will receive a memento.

Post-race, registered runners will enjoy a complimentary meal. Lodging options include nearby campgrounds and hotels in Morgantown.
