Event Details
Dizzy Daze is held at beautiful Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA during non-plague years. The race utilizes the outer running loop around the lake. Runners will travel counter-clockwise on the groomed dirt path, with a total loop distance of 3.2 miles. The goal is to run as many loops as possible within the 12-hour timeframe. The participant who completes the most laps wins. The 5-hour option starts at the same time as the 12-hour race.
