Benefit: Proceeds benefit the Long Beach Township PBA 373.

Packet Pickup/Registration: Registration is digital and must be done online. Online registration closes at the start of the race.

Swag: T-shirts and Finisher's Medals for in-person 5k Run participants.

Virtual Race Information: Participants can complete the Virtual 5k on their own time and pace.

Post-Race Breakfast: Every registrant receives a wristband for one free breakfast at Nardi's Tavern. Additional breakfasts can be purchased for $5.

Awards: Awards for Overall Top 3 Male & Female, Age Groups, Emergency Services, Adaptive, and Non-Binary categories for the in-person 5k Run.
