The E5 MOVES for Eagles Haven event includes a 5K Run/Walk, a 1 Mile Run/Walk, a Spectator/Donation option, and a Virtual 5K. The in-person event will be held at Quiet Waters Park in Deerfield Beach, Florida on April 26th, 2026.

• Race Day: 5:45 AM onwards
