This fun and festive atmosphere brings us together to celebrate friends, family and wellness! This race celebrates the YMCA's Girls on the Run, Heart & Sole, and STRIDE participants year end accomplishments! Public runners are welcome, and encouraged, as this race provides much needed scholarships for future Girls on the Run and STRIDE participants. Join our boys and girls as they celebrate their accomplishments of the season!

Registration must be completed ONLINE. On-site registration is NOT available. Registration is open until 30 minutes prior to the start of the race -OR- Until we reach race capacity.

Girls on the Run & STRIDE Participants and Coaches DO NOT REGISTER for the 5K. Your race registration is included in your program registration. Run Buddies Use the registration link provided by your coach to register for the 5K.

How you are making a difference...

Girls on the Run and STRIDE are health education and wellness programs, combining the power of running with life-changing self esteem and character-enhancing lessonsthat encourage healthy habits and active lifestyles in young boys and girls. Many in our community are unable to afford access to this life-changing program. Over 40% of our Girls on the Run & STRIDE participants utilize financial assistance! That's where you come in! All proceeds from the EmergeOrtho 5K go towards helping provide scholarships for these participants.

Packet Pickup:

PRE RACE - Packet Pick Up Info For general runners, run buddies and Girls on the Run or STRIDE coaches. Friends or family can pick up for you. If you have a group of 10 or more participants to pick up for, please email Renee@racefullsend before noon on Thursday.

RACE DAY - Packet Pick Up Info For general runners and run buddies. Coaches should connect with Laura Spooner for their group's race packet. GOTR & STRIDE Program Participants (students only): When you arrive, find your school in the "Celebreation Zone". Your coach will have your race bib for you. Run buddies should pick up their packets, if not done so already, and then meet your student in their "Celebration Zone".

• 3 Deep Age Group Awards Male and Female in the following categories: 6 and Under, 7-9, 10-12, 13 -15, 16-19, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40- 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70+
