Evergreen Lake Triathlon (Youth/Adult Sprint, SuperSprint, and SwimFest)

Race Details

The Evergreen Lake Triathlon offers a variety of race options including Super Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Triathlon (with Aquabike & Relay), Sprint Duathlon, and SwimFest (400m, 800m, and 1600m swim options). Participants can choose to compete in one, two, or all three races, with discounts available for multiple entries.

Race Schedule:

• 1. 400m Swim, or Super Sprint Triathlon: 7:30 AM start
• 2. 800m Swim, or Sprint Tri/Du: 8:30 AM start
• 3. 1600m Swim: 10:30 AM start

Courses

• 400m Swim
• Super Sprint Tri (Youth and Adult): 400m Swim, 5 mile bike, 1.1 mile run
• 800m Swim
• Sprint Tri: 800m Swim, 10 mile bike (2 loops), 5K run (2 loops)
• Sprint Duathlon: 1.1 mile run, 10 mile bike (2 loops), 5K run (2 loops)
• 1600m Swim: 2 loops

Additional Information

The event is held rain or shine. No refunds are offered, but deferrals to the next year's event are possible up to 14 days prior for a fee. Custom awards will be given to the top 3 in each age group and event. A free hot food buffet is provided for racers and volunteers. Both youth and adult Super Sprint and Sprint Triathlons are USA Triathlon sanctioned. Wetsuit rules apply based on water temperature.

Important Notes:

• No pets are allowed at the race site.
• Camping is available at Evergreen Lake.
• One t-shirt per registrant.

This is a USAT Sanctioned event. All participants must have an active USAT Membership. Rules regarding ID, packet pickup, drafting, headphones, helmets, and unsportsmanlike conduct apply.
