Fed with Love 5K & 1K is a community-centered walk/run created to support, uplift, and advocate for families during the postpartum journey. Hosted by Loving the Mama Postpartum Services, this event brings together parents, caregivers, birth workers, and community members to raise awareness for lactation support and equitable access to postpartum care. Whether you run, walk, or stroll with your little one, every step taken helps fund education, resources, and support for families who deserve to feel seen, nourished, and held during the fourth trimester and beyond.

This family-friendly event includes a 5K run/walk, a 1K fun run, and a virtual participation option, welcoming all fitness levels and stages of parenthood. Walk, run, or stroll, every step supports a fed family.
