Fin Swim 2k Race

Event details and schedule

RACE START: 8:00 AM

DISTANCE: 2,000 METERS

COURSE: Participants will start in the water at the Magic Island side of Ala Moana Beach Park. Swim 1,000 meters toward Kewalo Basin. Turn clockwise around orange turn buoy. Swim 1,000 meters back to shore. Finish by running up the beach, through the chute, and across the finish line.

NO REFUNDS: Please note we are a volunteer-run organization. We will make every effort to accommodate certain exceptions, with no guarantees.

LATE ENTRY: Early registration closes on Thursday, March 19th. Fees go up by $5 on the day of the race.

CHECK-IN: Will be open 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Chip numbers will be assigned at that time.

SAME DAY REGISTRATION: Will be allowed.

EQUIPMENT: FINS, goggles, masks & snorkel permitted. No hand paddles, wet suits, or flotation devices allowed. Bright colored swim caps are required to race.

Each participant will receive a swim cap and t-shirt. Refreshments and light snacks will also be provided. Awards for top M and F overall and age group winners.
