Lace up for Plainsboro’s First Mile Finishers! We’re turning fitness into a full-blown adventure as we train together to conquer a complete 1-mile run. Designed to supercharge energy and build grit, this program uses smart walk-run intervals to help kids of all levels crush the distance without feeling overwhelmed. It’s not just a run; it’s a high-five for your health and a guaranteed celebration at the one-mile finish line!
