Forgotten Warrior Memorial 5k

Location: Channahon State Park, 25302 W Story St, Channahon, IL 60410

Event Details: This is a 5K Run/Walk/Ruck event, which is dog friendly. The route starts at Channahon State Park and heads south along the I&M canal. The event aims to honor veterans, both past and present, who are battling PTSD, and to raise awareness and support. There will be veteran resources, vendors, sponsors, food trucks, and a 50/50 drawing. Shirts will have a space to write the name of the person being run in honor of.

Registration Includes: 5k Run/Walk Entry, Chip Timed Race Bib. The first 300 participants receive a finisher medal. Awards will be given for overall and age category recognition.
