The Going Bananas Run is the first-of-its-kind fun run where your speed can raise money for charity. Each racer receives their very own banana suit to run in as you make your way through an exciting Duluth course. You’d better split though, because after 2 minutes we release “The Gorilla.” “The Gorilla” is our inside man; boy, does he love chasing bananas. Those who beat the gorilla to the finish receive a special prize, and money will be donated to a local food shelf. Do you have what it takes to beat “The Gorilla”? In year 1 we had over 430 bananas, in year 2 we are going for over 1,000!
