Good Life Race

The Good Life Race, winner of the 2024 CARA Race of the Year award, returns on Sunday, April 26, 2026! This year's event will once again take place at Oak Park and River Forest High School and includes a 5K, Youth Mile, and Junior Dash. All 5K and Youth Mile participants will receive a tri-blend t-shirt.

Events:

• 5K: $35-$45, 9:00AM-10:15AM CDT (840 spots left)
• Youth Mile: $15, 8:30AM-8:50AM CDT (145 spots left), ages 12 and under
• Junior Dash: $10, 10:00AM-10:15AM CDT (125 spots left), ages 6 and under

Location: Oak Park and River Forest High School, 201 N Scoville Ave, Oak Park, IL, USA

Entertainment: Oak Park and River Forest High School drumline, Gwendolyn Brooks Middle School band, and Jesse White Tumblers.
