Groundhog Day Indoor

Event Details

The 6th Annual Groundhog Day Triathlon features a swim, bike, and run format:

• 10 minutes for your swim
• 10 minutes transition from pool to bike
• 25 minute bike (spin bike)
• 5 minutes transition from bike to run
• 20 minute run

This year we will also have Duathlon and Dry Swim options.

Packet Pickup: Make sure to check in 20 minutes prior to your start time to avoid elimination from the event.

Awards: Awards will be given for various age groups for both male and female participants.

Each participant receives a long sleeve shirt, bib, finisher medal, and post-event breakfast. We look forward to seeing you!
