Hammond Firefighters 911 Memorial Run

Join us for the 2026 Hammond Firefighters memorial 911 5K & 1-mile fun run. This year's event will be FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY! SO, COME OUT AND SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL FIRE FIGHTERS OF HAMMOND LOUISIANA!
Proceeds of the race stay in the community and help fund local nonprofit programs that our local Fire Fighters care deeply about.

Race Location

Starts and finishes at Cate Square Park in beautiful Downtown Hammond. The course is a flat scenic route starting at Cate Square Park to Southeastern Louisiana University, running around Southeastern's campus and finishing back at Cate Square Park.

Key Information

Pre-Race packet pick-up will be Thursday, September 18th at Perfectly Fit, from 10am-6pm. Awards include finisher medals for all runners and specific awards for top finishers. Note that the entry fee does not include a T-Shirt, which is an optional purchase. The T-shirt order cutoff is August 17, 2025.
