HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) is thrilled to present the 5th annual "5K For the Health of It!" We invite you to join us in celebrating our service and dedication to making Maryland healthier. HCAM’s 5K For the Health of It! brings awareness to HCAM’s mission of making Maryland healthier and raises funds to support our programs connecting residents across Maryland to health insurance, care, and other vital community resources.

Race Information:

• 5K: Strikethrough Price: $48.70, Price: $27.50 incl. $2.50 Fee. Date Range: 04/25, Time: 9:00AM EDT
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Strikethrough Price: $48.70, Price: $27.50 incl. $2.50 Fee. Date Range: 04/25, Time: 9:05AM EDT
• Virtual 5K: Strikethrough Price: $48.70, Price: $27.50 incl. $2.50 Fee.
• Virtual 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Strikethrough Price: $48.70, Price: $27.50 incl. $2.50 Fee.

Registration Fees (Registration to open soon!):

• Adult Pricing: $25 – through January 31, 2026; $35 – through March 31, 2026; $45 – through race day
• Youth Pricing (Ages 6 and under): FREE (race shirts not included, option to add-on for $15.00)
• Youth Pricing (Ages 7-17): $15

Virtual Race Information: For those who would like to participate but are not local. Race swag will be mailed out prior to the race (if registered by Sunday, April 12th) or post-race for later registrations. Run your race and submit results by May 1st, 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Packet Pickup: Thursday, April 25th from 4-6PM at Charm City Run Timonium (1313 York Rd. Timonium, MD 21093). Race Day: onsite starting at 8:00AM.

Race Amenities: Race T-shirts (not included for 6 and under, option to add-on for $15.00), chip-timed bib number (in-person only), race goodie bag.

Awards: Performance awards for top finishers and age categories.

Course: Starting and finishing at West Shore Park, the course will run along the Inner Harbor.

Beneficiary: HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) connects residents to insurance and care, educates the community, and advocates for a more equitable health care system.
