Heppe Chiropractic 15K & 5K

The Heppe Chiropractic 15K & 5K race takes place on Saturday, May 23, 2026 in Fredericksburg, VA. This event features two races: a 15K and a 5K. The 15K course runs along the Rappahannock River, through historic downtown Fredericksburg, and along the Heritage Trail and Canal Path. The race starts and ends at Riverfront Park off of Sophia Street. A post-race award ceremony will be held with prizes. Proceeds benefit the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank.

Courses and Prices:

• Heppe Chiropractic 15K: $65 (early bird $50), 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM EDT. Open to ages 14+. Price increases after January 27, 2026.
• Heppe Chiropractic 5K: $35 (early bird $20), 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM EDT. Registration ends January 27, 2026.
