- Half Marathon: 13.1 miles. The flat, fast course runs through Cheshire and Hamden, with considerable stretches running along the historic Farmington Canal Trail. Medals to half marathon finishers!
- 5K: 5K course travels through scenic Cheshire neighborhoods, featuring few turns and a flat route. This course is perfect for all runners!
- Kids 1/2 Mile: 0.5 miles. Courses run along the track!
- Kids 1/4 Mile: Courses run along the track!
