The event lasts 5 hours and 30 minutes, providing an opportunity for participants to strengthen relationships with family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors through fun activities, and also strengthen the bond between the U.S. and Japan.

Registration Fees
- Ages 19 & older: ¥2,000 per runner
- Ages 16-18: ¥1,500 per runner
- Ages 6-15: ¥1,000 per runner

- 6:30 AM: Parking opens
- 8:30-9:30 AM: Check-in
- 9:10 AM: Opening Remarks
- 10:00 AM: Relay Starts
- 1:00 PM: Relay Finishes
- 1:15 PM: Award Ceremony
- 2:00 PM: Expected Event Conclusion
