Lace Up For Life 5K

Race Information

The Lace Up For Life 5K is an annual event supporting the Alpha Women's Center, a non-profit ministry dedicated to providing help and hope for the unborn, mothers, and families in the community.

By participating, you can be a part of their mission. Included with each registration is an official 5K time by True Time Racing, a participation packet with goodies from community partners, and post-race activities including FREE food, awards, inflatables, face painting, balloon animals, and guided tours of AWC.

Things to Note:

• Signup by March 25th to guarantee a t-shirt in your size.
• All minors must be registered to participate, and costs are the same regardless of age.
• There is NO COST for children accompanying a registered guardian in a stroller or child carrier.

Schedule

• Friday, April 11th: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Packet Pick-Up at Alpha Women's Center
• Saturday, April 12th: 8:00 AM - Race Day Sign Up/Packet Pickup at Ankeny Christian Academy
• Saturday, April 12th: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Post-Race Fun at ACA
