• Adult Triathlon: 400 Meter Swim, 11 mile Bike, 5K Run
• Adult Duathlon: 1600 Meter Run, 11 mile Bike, 5K Run
• Kids Triathlon (Ages 5-7): 50 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
• Kids Triathlon (Ages 8-10): 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
• Kids Triathlon (Ages 11-12): 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run

Schedule

• Friday Evening: 6:00 - 7:30 pm - Packet pick up.
• Saturday:
  • 6:30am - Packet pick up begins
  • 8:10am - Mandatory meeting for all adult participants
  • 8:30am - Wave 1 Triathlon: Men ages 29 and under
  • 8:33am - Wave 2 Triathlon: Men ages 30-44
  • 8:36am - Wave 3 Triathlon: Women ages 29 and under and Duathlon
  • 8:39am - Wave 4 Triathlon: Men ages 45+
  • 8:42am - Wave 5 Triathlon: Women 30-44
  • 8:45am - Wave 6 Triathlon: Women 45+
  • 8:48am - Wave 7 Triathlon Teams
  • 10:15am - Children’s Triathlon ages 11-12
  • 10:18am - Children’s Triathlon ages 8-10
  • 10:21am - Children’s Triathlon ages 5-7
  • 10:30am - Post Race Meal
  • 11:15am - Awards Celebration
