Dolphins get ready! Le Moyne is excited to host the 13th Annual Dolphin Dash - 5K run/walk and one-mile walk event. Proceeds from the event will support student scholarship at Le Moyne College. Dolphin Dash tech event shirt deadline is Saturday, September 10!

WHEN:

• Live Event: Saturday, September 26, 9:30 a.m.
• Virtual Event: Saturday, September 26, all day.

LOCATION:

• Live Event: Niland Athletics Complex/Dwyer Center For Health and Wellness at Le Moyne College / 1419 Salt Springs Road / Syracuse, NY 13214.
• Virtual: Anywhere

REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

Participants can sign up for the live, in-person, timed 5K event, the One-Mile walk (not timed), or the virtual event. Registration will be online only up through the race time.

Special Pricing:

• $5.00 off race registration for active duty and retired military.
• $5.00 discount for members of specific running clubs (Checkers AC Running Club, Genesee Valley Harriers, Lake Effect Run Club, Syracuse Chargers Track Club, Finger Lakes Runners Club).
• All students will receive $5.00 discount off of their race registration.

AWARDS

Prize Categories include Overall Male and Female Finisher, Class Team Award, and age group winners. Non-Timed Awards include Dolphin Spirit Award, Longest Mile Award, and The 'Phin Phamily Award.

GIVEAWAY: COMMEMORATIVE DOLPHIN DASH T-SHIRT

Participants will receive a Dolphin Dash commemorative T-shirt. The cut-off date to guarantee your event shirt is September 10.

Weather Policy:

The Dolphin Dash Run/Walk will take place rain or shine.

Timing:

Leone Timing provides timing for the 5K.
