Whether you're running the full 5K or participating in the 1-mile option, you’re showing your support for expanding career pathways in public transportation, advancing innovation, and building a strong workforce for the future of mobility. Wear your favorite transit swag or come in a transit-inspired outfit! Rock your agency gear, safety vest, hard hat (for photos!), rail-inspired colors, bus graphics, or STEM-themed attire. Let’s make this a visible celebration of the professionals who keep our communities moving. This event brings together transit professionals, conference attendees, students, and community members who believe in the power of transit careers — from operations and planning to engineering, technology, maintenance, and leadership. All fitness levels are welcome — walk, roll, jog, or run at your own pace while connecting with colleagues and champions of workforce development. Set against the impressive scenery of Memory Grove Park, one of the most beautiful parks in the United States, you’ll enjoy peaceful trails and stunning mountain views as we kick off Mobility Week with purpose and energy.
