Come Join us for the 20th Running of the Logan Peak Trail Run (Marathon)! The start/finish are located at Hyrum Gibbons Mt. Logan Park. The address is: 1400 E 350 S Logan, UT 84321

The race date is June 20, 2026. Check in will begin at 5:00am, and the race will start at 6:00am. Official time cutoff is 3pm.

Description

The Logan Peak Trail Run is an iconic Trail Marathon that traverses the mountainous area around Logan Peak through Logan Dry Canyon and Providence Canyon (the main drainage's just south of Logan Canyon). During this challenging event, runners travel a marathon distance on a predominantly lollypop course with over 6600 ft elevation gain. Amazing views, lots of climbing, and varied terrain/habitat are just a few reasons to run this course. The elevation gain/loss makes this event roughly comparable to many 50 K races. The race is a spectacular opportunity to experience the outstanding trails around Cache Valley, and Logan is a great place to hang out and have fun.

New Management

We are excited to announce that the new owners/race directors for the Logan Peak Trail Run are Cody & Bethany Draper! Cody has run the race 10 times including the first year and was aid captain for a few years too. Bethany has yet to run it but you will see her on-course and at the finish taking amazing photos.

If the race fills and you are on the waitlist, you need to check your email often. If you receive an invite to register, in other words, you are off the waitlist, you have 48 hours to respond, otherwise you'll be removed and I'll move on to the next person on the list.
