Lub Dub 5K/10K Walk/Run

Let's get ready to Lub Dub! Lace up and sign up for the Bothwell Foundation Lub Dub 5K/10K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 25! At the Lub Dub, we welcome all fitness and activity levels with running and walking options for each race. If you can't be in town, you can participate in the Lub Dub "ON THE ROAD" virtual event. Send your packet to your home, do your run/walk wherever you might be, and send us a selfie!

All proceeds from the Lub Dub event benefit the Camye Callis Gaspard Memorial Heart Fund, which provides cardiac-related equipment and items to Bothwell Regional Health Center and to communities in Pettis and Benton counties.

With your registration, you will receive:

• 2026 Lub Dub Race t-shirt
• Timing by Heartland Racing Co.
• Finishers Medal
• Fun & Festival finish line area, complete with refreshments

Schedule of Events:

Friday, April 24

• 4:00pm - 6:00pm: Packet pick-up at Bothwell Education Center, corner of 14th and Ingram (601 E. 14th Street, Sedalia, MO 65301)

Saturday, April 25

• 7:00am-7:45am: Packet pick-up/race day registration
• 7:45am: Race Announcements
• 8:00am: 5K/10K Run/Walk begins
