Kids on the Run and the Kids Marathon are non-competitive running events for children and young people age 17 and younger. Participants can choose from four distances based on their age and ability:

• 100-Meter Toddler Trot (Age 4 & under)
• ½ Mile Run (Age 5-17)
• 1 Mile Run (Age 5-17)
• 2 Kilometer (Kids Marathon Participants Age 5-17 ONLY!)

All events take place on the paved trails of Bohrer Park. There is a ‘rabbit’ runner who will lead the participants in each event, and a ‘sweeper’ who follows behind to ensure everyone makes it to the finish line. There are multiple opportunities to see and cheer for the youth runners!
