MD Heat Trail Race

Welcome to the MD Heat Trail Race! This exciting event will take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, in the beautiful Patapsco Pickall Area. Participants can choose between two challenging trail courses: a 25K and a 50K. Both courses promise a thrilling experience with technical trails, river crossings, and stunning views.

Event Details

The 50K race will kick off at 7:00 AM, followed by the 25K at 9:00 AM. Expect a well-organized event with aid stations providing real food and hydration options. After the race, join us for a fantastic after-party featuring craft beer and delicious BBQ!

Course Information

The courses are designed to challenge runners with rolling single track and approximately 2000ft of vertical gain. Participants will enjoy a mix of technical and smooth sections, making it a perfect course for both hiking and running.

Parking and Logistics
