Mighty Mile - FREE RACE FOR KIDS - Northville

Location: Northville Hillside Middle School Track, Northville, MI 48167

The Mighty Mile is designed for kids aged 5 to 14 years old. All participants will receive a T-shirt, backpack, and a chipped-timed accurate mile. Upon crossing the finish line, runners will receive a Mighty Mile Finisher Medal. This race is part of the Michigan Running Foundation Mighty Mile series, aimed at encouraging children to run and stay active.

This is a fun event for elementary and middle school students to start their summer with a healthy and active start. The race is completely FREE with no entry fee, but online registration is required prior to the race. Race is limited to the first 300 participants.

Schedule:

• Race 1: 6:30 PM | 5 - 7 year olds
• Race 2: 6:50 PM | 8 – 9 year olds
• Race 3: 7:10 PM | 10 - 11 year olds
• Race 4: 7:25 PM | 12 - 14 year olds

Course Information:

The start and finish are on the Northville Hillside Middle School Track. The first 1/4 mile is on the track, followed by a loop on school grounds, and finishing with a 1/4 mile on the track. Parents are welcome to run with their child for support.

Entry Fee:

FREE. Online registration only. No registration available at the race.

Packet Pick Up:

Race day at the Hillside Middle School Track starting at 5:15 PM and ending at 7:00 PM.
