Miocene Epic Endurance Challenge

The 8th annual Miocene Epic Endurance Challenge is a trail race held at Calvert Cliffs State Park in Lusby, Maryland, along the shores of the Chesapeake Bay. Runners have up to 6 hours to complete as many ~5-mile loops as they wish.

Virtual Option/Cancellation: A virtual option is available, with swag shipped directly to participants. If the in-person event is cancelled, all runners will be moved to the virtual event. No refunds will be issued. Cancellations 30+ days prior receive a refund minus $30; less than 30 days receive no refund. Entries are non-deferrable.

Start/Finish Location: Calvert Cliffs State Park, 10540 H. G. Trueman Road, Lusby, MD, 20657. Each loop begins and ends at the picnic pavilion.

Parking & Park Entry: Runners are responsible for the park entry fee ($5 for Maryland residents, $7 for non-residents). Parking is available in any open space.
