MomFuel 5K & Wellness Fair

Join us for the inaugural Mom Fuel 5K & Wellness Fair! Moms fuel their families and their communities -- it's time to fuel the moms! The Mama Foundation invites you to Mom Fuel 5K & Wellness Fair at Claude Moore Park Sterling, VA. This family-friendly event celebrates maternal health and wellness while raising funds to support postpartum mothers in our community. Run at 9:30am then stay and enjoy free coffee, wellness fair and kids activities after! The Mama Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting postpartum mothers through community support groups, flexible employment programs, and maternal wellness resources. Funds raised directly support mothers in our community. This 5K is open to runners and walkers of all levels, families, children and strollers welcome, anyone who supports maternal health and coffee lovers or moms (and dads!) who need a coffee boost. No running experience required.

VIRTUAL OPTION: Can't join us in person? Run your 5K anywhere between May 23rd-30th and submit your time!
