Event Details

They did the dash, they did the monster dash! The monster dash, it was a graveyard smash! Come join StartLine Racing under the lights at Arizona Boardwalk for our 6th annual Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk! Have you always wanted to run with monsters? They will be roaming the course and the event area so beware! Bring your friends, and throw on a costume! This event has limited spaces available.

Virtual Run Registration

Can't make it to this year's event but still want to participate? This year will feature a Monster Dash Virtual. A virtual race is a race that can be ran at any location. You can walk, use the treadmill, run outside or participate in another race. You can run your race at your pace wherever you like. All virtual race participants will receive a custom event finisher's medal and custom event shirt. Please note that your shirt and medal will be mailed out following the event on October 30, 2026. Prior to the event all virtual participants will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your time. Virtual Registrations are restricted to US addresses only.

Please note any race related items (shirts, medals, etc.) will NOT be mailed to those who register for the in person event and choose not to attend.

Race Night Information

• Wheelchairs, strollers & wagons are welcome. You must start at the back of the pack.
• Bicycles, roller blades/skates, skateboards or motorized devices are not allowed on the run or walk courses.
• Race day registration will be available beginning at 6:30pm at Arizona Boardwalk.
• We accept cash, and credit cards on race day.
• This event will take place rain or moonshine. There are no refunds or transfers due to weather.
• Leashed pet friendly.
• Warning - there will be monsters and mummies roaming the event area and the course. So if you scare easily then come prepared!

Packet Pick-up Opportunities

• Thursday, October 29th from 3-6pm at Road Runner Sports in N. Phoenix (7077 E Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85054)
• You can also pickup your packet starting at 6pm on Race Night.

• 6:30 PM - Race night registration and packet pickup opens
• 7:30 PM - 5K Begins
• 8:30 PM - Award Ceremony Begins (approx.)
