Event Details

The Moonlight on Mt Ascension Trail Run is a remarkable event hosted by the Helena Ultra Runners League (HURL). Kick off your nighttime adventure on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 8:00 PM. The run continues until 8:00 AM the following morning, offering participants 12 hours to complete as many loops as possible on a challenging course.

Course Information

The course consists of a 100% singletrack loop that measures 11.57 miles with an elevation gain of 2,645 feet per lap. Be prepared to encounter wildlife, including deer and even black bears, making every moment of your run exhilarating. Limited to 75 total runners.

Registration Details

Registration closes on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM MT. The early registration fee is $82.18, increasing to $92.81 after March 30.
