Description: The Parkinson's and Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) and the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association are hosting the MOVE4U 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser at Mile Square Park in Fountain Valley, California. The proceeds will empower the PMDF and the NSTA to significantly further their mission of advancing crucial research into the causes, treatments, and cures of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders like dystonia. Your support will improve the lives of patients and also play a vital role in raising awareness.
Registration Fee: $20.00
Registration Includes: Free hat, Raffle Prizes, Sandwiches and Cookies, Water
5K Run Top Three Prizes:
- 1st place: $300
- 2nd place: $200
- 3rd place: $100
