Course Description: The race takes place at Bells Bend Park, featuring over 800 acres of natural environment along the Cumberland River. The trails are described as soft, cross-country style grass and packed dirt surfaces, suitable for both beginners and experienced runners. The event is held in collaboration with the Nashville Outdoor Recreation Festival & Expo.

Registration Deadlines & Pricing:

• Early Bird (by March 18): $45 (Shirt availability guaranteed)
• Standard (March 19 - April 9 midnight): $55
• Online registration closes April 9th at midnight.
• On-site registration available at the store until race day and at the park on race morning.

Packet Pickup:

• Early: Nashville Running Company (NRC) on April 10th, 4-6 PM.
• Race Morning: Bells Bend Park on April 11th, 7-7:45 AM.
