North Idaho Turkey Trot at Riverstone

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and join us for the 11th Annual North Idaho Turkey Trot at Riverstone! This fun and healthy event takes place on Thanksgiving Day and is perfect for the whole family, including pets. The race begins and ends in the beautiful Riverstone Park, providing a scenic backdrop for your run.

Participants can choose from three different courses: the 1 Mile, 5K, or 10K. Prices range from $10 to $27, depending on the course selected. Please note that this event is for fun and no timing or awards will be given. However, participants can purchase shirts for an additional charge and enjoy hot cider and cookies at the finish line.

The North Idaho Turkey Trot is facilitated by Your Friend, Pamela Faye, Inc., a 501c3 organization that addresses unmet needs in Kootenai County. Proceeds from the 2023 Turkey Trot will be donated to the Kootenai Environmental Alliance, the WATERKEEPER for North Idaho. This organization is dedicated to protecting, educating, and advocating for our lake and aquifer.
