Location: Nipmuck Trail across the street from Bigelow Hollow State Park, Union, CT

Distance: 16 Miler (advertised, likely slightly less)

Race Cap: 100 runners. No race day registration.

Early Registration Fee: $25 plus registration fee. Price increases after Feb 28.

Check-in Time: 7:30 AM - 8:40 AM

Course Description: The course starts across the road from Bigelow Hollow State Park and heads south on the Nipmuck Trail through the Yale-Myers Forest. It crosses Barlow Mill Rd (Two Pipes) and continues to the turnaround at Boston Hollow (Alpacaville). The route is the same out and back, featuring technical terrain and vert. Minimal aid will be provided at Two Pipes and Boston Hollow (miles 4, 8, 12). The course is blazed blue, with flagging at tricky spots. Runner's responsibility to navigate.

About the Race: Revived in 2022, this race aims to maintain its original low-key, friendly, and rugged vibe. Proceeds support local trail organizations.
