Official Lilac 5k & 10k Training Program presented by Fleet Feet

Begins Wednesday March 25, 2026 and runs until Sunday May 17, 2026.

Join our social training groups with an experienced coach who will guide you through every step along the way with the support and camaraderie of Fleet Feet!

Choose from the following programs:

• Lilac 5k - Perfect for those who can run 1-3 miles without stopping but want to get stronger for race day.
• Lilac 10k - Perfect for those who run 4-8 miles without stopping but want to improve their Lilac 10k performance.

Goal Event: Fairlife! Lilac 5k & 10k presented by Fleet Feet

Includes In Person Program:

• Wednesdays at 6PM at Fleet Feet @ The Armory - Group Workouts with Coach AJ.
• Final Surge online coaching platform for daily/weekly workouts and communication.
• Private Facebook page for participants.
• Motivation, support, advice, and education from the coach.
• Special Voucher for Fleet Feet Rochester (in store only).
• Fleet Feet "Run Together" Short Sleeve technical top.

All participants will receive an effective and well-organized training experience with Coach AJ, online training schedule & log, emails & instructional information, educational clinics, access to your coach via email or Facebook, membership to a private Facebook training group page, and accountability!
