Welcome to the 2024 Over Under Biathlon and 5K PADDLE, RUN or COMBINE THE FUN! This year's event has something for everyone with 5 Categories!

• RUN ONLY DIVISION (5K Road Race)
• PADDLE ONLY DIVISION
• BIATHLON - PADDLE BOARD ONLY DIVISION (Paddle a 14' and Under & 5K Run)
• BIATHLON - KAYAK/CANOE/OC/SURF SKI/ETC DIVISION (Paddle anything that will float & 5K Run)
• RELAY TEAM DIVISION - One Paddler + One Runner

Relay Awards: Top 3 Teams
5K Awards: Top 3 Men and Women, Top 3 Male and Female Under 45, Top 3 Male and Female Over 45
