- Course: Advanced Marathon Training, Distance: 26.2 Miles, Price: $85.00
- Course: Beginner Marathon Training (Running or Run/Walk), Distance: 26.2 Miles, Price: $85.00
Program Requirements
For the advanced level, participants should be able to run at least 60-90 minutes with previous training experience. For the beginner level, participants should be able to complete a 5K at any pace. An active PGRC club membership is required.
Training Schedule
Group workouts are held on:
Sundays at 7:00 am - Mission BBQ, Greenbelt
Tuesdays at 6:30 pm - Herbert Wells Ice Rink, College Park
Thursdays at 6:30 pm - Herbert Wells Ice Rink, College Park
