Wissahickon Valley park is the crown jewel of the Philadelphia park system, offering over 2000 acres and more than 50 miles of trails. This race celebrates Philadelphia trails by running the Philadelphia Trail (Half)Marathon at the Wissahickon Valley Park. Over 500 runners have registered for the race in the past 2 years, and we are expecting a large field for the return to Wissahickon Valley.

Distances: 13.1 Miles, 26.2 Miles

Bib Pickup: There will be no expo. Bibs and swag pickup on raceday only.

26.2: 8:00 AM
13.1: 9:00 AM

Fees:
13.1: $69 till 7/31/2025, $79 till 2/28/2026 ($85 after)
26.2: $79 till 7/31/2025, $89 till 2/28/2026 ($95 after)

Refunds: Processed up to 30 days prior to race day. Refund is entry fee minus $10. No refunds or deferrals after.

Awards: Every finisher will receive a Philadelphia themed finisher medal. Trophies for Top 3 overall and Top 5 age group awards.

Time Limit: Every runner has to be finished by 4pm.

Aid Stations: Spaced between 3 and 4 miles apart. Gatorade and water will be available.

Timing: Manual bib timing.

Post Race Party: Live music and a pizza party at the finish.

Course: The 13.1 course will be 90% plus single track trail at the Wissahickon. Many rolling hills and some technical sections with rocks and roots.

Charity: Supports educational programs for children at the Houston Playground Recreational Center.
