Platinum Memorial Day 5K

Platinum Memorial Day 5K is back for its 2nd Annual event! Join us on May 29th at City Island, Harrisburg, PA for a fun-filled day of running and giving back. This race is dedicated to supporting the families of (4) Local Gold Star Families, and all funds raised will be donated to them.

The race will start at 9:00 a.m. and will take place on a scenic 5K course. Participants who register by May 1, 2023, will be guaranteed a t-shirt. But that's not all! All participants will also receive light refreshments and those who are 21 and older will get to enjoy a Yuengling Flight or Truly Seltzer at the Harrisburg Beach Club on City Island after the race.

There will be prizes and giveaways for all registered participants, with a chance to win some exciting items. The event will also feature DJ services provided by Klock Entertainment, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere.

Registration for the race is currently priced at $35. However, the price will increase to $40 on May 1, 2023. So make sure to secure your spot early!

Race day packet pickup will be on Monday, May 29th, starting at 7:30 a.m. at the Carousel Pavilion on City Island. Don't miss the opportunity to connect with fellow runners and support a great cause.

Awards will be given to the Overall Female and Male winners, as well as the top two places in each age group category. So whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, there's a chance for everyone to be recognized.
